Daily Lessons which help build your knowledge of the skills needed for long-term lifestyle change. These lessons also include space for you to reflect on areas which you feel are most important for you and what your next step may be. For those of you looking to give up dieting for good, these lessons will provide you with the knowledge and skills to do exactly that!

One lifestyle habit at a time to give you time to practice these day to day skills and avoid becoming overwhelmed by too many changes at once.

Regular progress updates which make sure you’re moving towards your goal. They include your weight and measurements but also other measures of progress such as consistency, improved sleep, less pain, better movement, increased exercise activity plus health markers if applicable (blood sugar levels, blood pressure, cholesterol levels etc.)

An Exercise Program for you to follow on your own and which is selected specifically for your fitness level or injury considerations. You don’t even need a gym membership! All of the exercise sessions can be adapted to suit you whether you go to a gym, want to work out at home (or hotel room), have time for an hour session or want a quick workout which can be done in 30 minutes. The program also ensures you can carry on doing any other exercise activities you love, whether it’s a Pilates or Zumba class, walking, cycling or playing tennis, they can all be included in your exercise program.

It’s also important to let you know that if you are not currently exercising regularly (maybe even the thought of it makes you feel a little anxious) then don’t worry, there’s an exercise program which is perfect for you too.

One to one support from me every step of the way! I’ll read your lesson responses and give you feedback, guidance and ideas. We can also message each other so if you need additional help or want to ask specific questions, you can. I’ll also be available to help you with any exercises or movements in the Exercise Program you’re not familiar with or unsure about. There’s no such thing as a stupid question! I’m here to help and guide you through your lifestyle change.


A selection of 15 new Recipes every month to give you meal ideas and stop you getting bored with the same dishes every week. They won’t all be salads either! I’ll include Breakfasts, Lunches, Dinners and Smoothies as well as Snacks & Treats!
