About Me

I love food! Helping my clients develop a better relationship with food and break the cycle of yo-yo dieting has always been a priority. Food is not simply fuel. It is a way of expressing love for friends and family, it’s social, it’s comforting and if we can make it nutritious too then it will truly feed our bodies as well as our souls!

I’m on a mission to help you break the cycle of yo-yo dieting and all or nothing “diet” plans.

I’ll enable you to change your nutrition habits forever through easy step-by-step habits which you can adapt to make each one bespoke to YOU.

I’ll help you put together a fitness plan designed just for you, whether you are complete beginner or already have a regular exercise routine, whether you prefer to workout at home or in a gym and taking into consideration any injuries or health conditions you may have.

Having worked in corporate life for over 15 years, I understand how stressful it can be. I strongly believe regular exercise and a balanced diet will not only improve your health, strength, cardiovascular (CV) fitness and flexibility, but also provide an effective stress buster!

My own path to health and fitness has not always been easy. Whilst at college I suffered from Post-Viral Fatigue Syndrome which meant any form of exercise left me exhausted. I’ve also suffered with depression and anxiety, which of course bring their own unique set of challenges.

I’m happy to say I have, over the years, learned to manage these conditions and now enjoy playing tennis regularly, as well as enjoying time with my friends and family.

I’ve also spent time working on improving my food habits and still have to practice them now!

I guess what I’m saying is, I don’t live in a bubble of perfect nutrition and fitness – I have to work on it too!
