Emma’s Program has been brilliant for me.  I have lost almost 2 stone in 6 months but it hasn’t felt like a diet.  I have been able to eat what I want, when I want but it has made me focus on why I make certain choices, whether there are slightly better choices to be made and what the impact of certain foods has on me.
